The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plans. At the office of Garth Collins, DDS, we strive to provide excellent dental treatment plans within a budget that you can afford. Our practice accepts most major credit cards and many insurance plans.

We want to help you in any way we can, which includes financially. Insurance plans we accept are most PPO and Premier insurances. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept HMO, Medi-Cal or Medicare plans at this time. To find a provider perfect for you in your HMO network, we recommend contacting your insurance provider as they can assist you. Our office staff is always available to help if you have any questions or concerns about your dental insurance coverage or paperwork.
